Selected project publication

From fragmented customer records to a governed “golden record”.

At SAS Forum Russia 2016, I presented the implementation of SAS Master Data Management at Bank Vostochny. The project standardized data held in different formats, connected records across operational systems and created a trusted, unified customer view. The implementation identified 15% duplicate records and established a foundation for consistent data use across the bank.
